We are looking for a UX Engineer who is passionate about blending design and development to build visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces. As a key member of our product and engineering teams, you will bridge the gap between UX/UI design and front-end development, ensuring that our applications deliver exceptional usability and performance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into responsive, high-performance UI components.
  • Develop interactive, accessible, and aesthetically polished user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile-first design principles.
  • Work with designers to implement design systems, reusable UI components, and animations.
  • Conduct user testing, A/B testing, and usability research to refine user interactions.
  • Advocate for accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) and inclusive design principles in all user experiences.
  • Stay ahead of UX/UI trends, front-end technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our applications.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience as a UX Engineer, Front-End Developer, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools for translating designs into code.
  • Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and interaction design.
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap) and motion design (GSAP, Framer Motion) is a plus.
  • Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design and engineering teams.
  • A passion for building engaging, functional, and user-centric digital experiences.
