We are looking for a Data Scientist who thrives on building predictive models, uncovering insights, and developing AI-driven solutions that have a real-world impact. You will work closely with engineers, analysts, and product teams to turn data into actionable intelligence.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and automation.
  • Perform data exploration, feature engineering, and statistical analysis to extract actionable insights.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to process, clean, and transform large datasets.
  • Work with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting, depending on project needs.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to productionize AI/ML models in real-world applications.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiment design to evaluate model performance.
  • Stay ahead of AI trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve solutions.
  • Communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI research.
  • Proficiency in Python or R and experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, probability, and data mining techniques.
  • Experience with SQL and big data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks).
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML).
  • Ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Experience with MLOps and model deployment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations effectively.
