What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end program management across multiple software development projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with executive leadership, product, and engineering teams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product, design, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, proactively resolving issues to keep programs on track.
• Implement Agile and Lean methodologies, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Communicate progress, key milestones, and risks to stakeholders and executives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency across all teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management within a software or technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and align teams.
• Ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development processes, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
