How much does it cost to get started?

The AI Readiness Assessment is a fixed $12,500 for two weeks. Build work after that is scoped and priced from the roadmap, so you know the cost before you commit.

How soon will we have something working?

The assessment takes two weeks. The roadmap then sets out, phase by phase, how quickly the first use case can be in front of real users.

Do you need access to our data?

For the assessment we review how your data is stored, governed, and accessed, usually through read-only access or walkthroughs with your team. We sign an NDA before any access.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Code, prompts, evaluation suites, and documentation built for you are yours.

Will you work with our engineers?

Yes. We can build alongside your team, lead the work, or hand over a plan your team delivers.

Which AI models and vendors do you use?
